Support Your Nervous System in Releasing the Hold of Traumatic Experience

If a traumatic experience continues to shape how you feel, sleep, react, and move through the world, and you have been diagnosed with PTSD or recognize its pattern in yourself, this work is designed to complement professional care by addressing the subconscious and nervous system patterns that keep the response active.

    Why PTSD Persists

PTSD is not weakness, and it is not a failure to cope. It is a nervous system that learned to treat the world as unsafe after an experience that overwhelmed its capacity, and has not been able to fully stand down since.

The response is held below conscious awareness, which is why understanding what happened, or knowing that you are safe now, often does not make the body believe it. Because the response was learned, it can be changed.

    PTSD often shows up as:

    Intrusive memories, flashbacks, or nightmares
Hypervigilance, being easily startled, or a constant sense of threat
Avoidance of people, places, or reminders connected to the experience
Emotional numbness, detachment, or difficulty feeling safe with others
Disrupted sleep, irritability, or a body that never fully relaxes

    How This Work Helps

Hypnosis and NLP work directly with the subconscious level where the traumatic response is held. The approach is gentle and carefully paced. It is designed to change the emotional and physical charge attached to the experience without requiring you to relive it.

This work is not psychotherapy and is not a replacement for it. It is a serious complement to appropriate professional care, working at a level that talk-based approaches do not always reach.

    This work may draw on:

Hypnotherapy for subconscious trauma pattern resolution and nervous system regulation
NLP techniques for reducing the charge of intrusive memories and triggers without re-traumatization
Safety and stabilization work to rebuild a felt sense of safety in the body
Identity work to move from “what happened to me” toward “who I am now”

    What to Expect

Because PTSD is layered, this work begins with a private consultation, where your history, current care, and goals are reviewed together. Work then proceeds in a deeper container, paced to what your system can integrate. Nothing is rushed.

    Possible outcomes include:

Reduced intensity of flashbacks, intrusive memories, and triggers
Calmer baseline, with less hypervigilance and startle response
Improved sleep and a body that can actually rest
Greater presence, connection, and trust in daily life
A stronger sense of safety, choice, and self

"What stood out immediately was how safe, focused, and tailored the process felt. Rami helped me identify the core pattern and work with it in a way that felt powerful and lasting. After our work, I felt calmer under pressure, stronger in myself, and much more confident."
